Sierra Madre Collections is having an open house introduction at their warehouse tomorrow from 11 to 2 pm Thur. mar. 2 It should be interesting to see the depth of their product inventory and have a few snacks as well. I'll be there.

Just got back from the open house. The had a catered lunch....hamburgers-hot dogs-salad -cookies- sodas- chili and ot her things. About 50 cars were there. One Ferrari and a 21 window VW Loaf ! I was the only replica and got quite a few people lookers. I delivered some more wings and visors and now they are interested in my foot peg so we'll see. I didn't (I forgot) take my camera and now I regret it. They had a lot of nice cars there....SMC does a nice presentation.
I will be at the Pomona Swap Meet this Sunday morning about 7am in the Porsche Pen if any one wants to join me for a fun and interesting day of cars n stuff. $25.00 will get you and your car and a friend in thru Gate 17 so you can park in the Porsche Pen and save some walking as well. Also the Beer stand is close as well as the potty's.
Paul Ellis was going to come but I think he's going to wait until the next week to attend the Irwindale VW Drags, swap meet, and car show.....I'll be there as well. Also Musbejim said he will be at the swap meet.....Bruce
I'm not sure I'll make the Irwindale event either. I'm just about to finish up my new engine for my little yellow car and we're gearing up for the Bug-o-rama on the 19th. There are just to many things going on at the same time.
