hey there is an original banjo wheel on e-bay just listed, I would love to get it but it's black, and I really want ivory, being that it's in need of being restored anyway do you think it can be changed to ivory???

It can probably be painted; places like Koch's restore those.
For a ivory S/W contact Mooneyes 1 800 547 5422, ask about a Flat 4 S/W, and the mounting kit If what ou have is different.
I have one and (luv it!) I do wish they offered a Pealet style horn trim ring,with the smaller horn button, That would give you the factory flash to pass option.

barry, went back again and looked at your pictures, I see maybe you changed the wheel, pics show two diff wheels, which one do you have now, and which would you reccomend? Jane

No, I would buy something for sure from NLA, I was just dissapointed, with his response to my question. I was all pumped up to start buying things for my IM that I've not even gotten yet, and then he said that to me, no biggie, I was just surprised he said it the way he did. But I just went on CPI's site in CA for bug stuff and found a ivory banjo repro for $199-, I just wish I could get a horn ring as well,
