I know, Folks, I have only had it a short time! Read on ...This is the 550 Spyder you have been looking for! The body is manufactured by Beck and has a 2240 cc (about 180 hp), 4-cylinder engine and 4-speed transmission. The engine has an oil cooler and the hard to find DelOrto larger carbs. (These alone are worth a lot !) The color is Silver Blue with red interior. There is a nice convertible top with side-curtains and a new Tonneau Cover in red. I just had custom floor mats made to protect the perfect interior. (if you need morepictures send me your email address. Mine is DustyJohn AT aol.com and I will forward many more pictures of it)

This car was created by Chuck Beck and is Number 78 as shown on the Manufacturer

Officially, according to my research, it was never called a Glocker Spyder but rather, a Glocker-Porsche (Roadster)???

I'm not 100% sure but that's what my research has uncovered.

The Original Glocker cars were built on a Porsche pan and therefore had a rear engine. Again, according to my research, it was a rear engine car to begin with and althought it resembled a Spyder it wasn't.
