On a short trip to the grocery store this morning, we happened to see this unfortunate accident. It looks like a very old Sycamore tree that appears to have broken off about halfway up the trunk and fell on these two cars sometime during the night. The roofs were squashed and most of the glass was either shattered or blown out. According to some social media posts, the town DPW, which is about 1/4 mile away, came to cut off about half of the stuff on the cars in order to allow traffic past. This is one of those moments that you're glad it didn't happen to you!
