we were supposed to go to shanghai in 69 for some navy R&R and we were 1 day out and our sister ship broke down so they sent us back to nam:(
I've met with MUSBJIM, Dave Klipfel, Will Pierson, and Dave Obrien in Sandy Eggo. That's pretty out of the way for me :-)
I also have done Danny Pip and the lovely Jen in New Jersey, as well as Bruce and Norma "Leadfoot" Stumpp, Cory and Teresa Drake, Kelly Frazer, and Greg Seitz in DC. Never met any of y'all outside the states, tho'.
Edit: Oh yeah, I had dinner at the northern Casa de Nichols (5-cent Racing) in Machasu..., er, Masachu..., um, Taxachusetts (yeah, that's it).

I've been to China many times before, but only Hong Kong, first time in Shanghai and elsewhere.
(Some folks tell me that Hong Kong doesn't really qualify as China and after visiting Anji, I can tell you it's very true. Frankly, never stayed at a hotel before that provides condoms in the room and, for a small price adder, you could get one that vibrates. By the way, I was told this was the best hotel in the province. In addition, the sixth floor offered some very "special" amenities and services.)

I never heard of a vibrating condom either, so I bought one and I'm bringing it home. (It showed up as a "mini-bar" charge on the bill.)

p.s.- An hotel I usually stay in Zurich, Switzerland, for work, also has condoms billable as mini-bar consumption, and I'd say it is a posh hotel.
