I have a wide body '57 356A replica. Any suggestions for a fitted car cover? Have bumpers, but no top.

Nothing that will work well will be good for your car. Nothing that will be good for your car will work with no top.
Covers that completely keep wet out will ruin your paint. They need to breathe.
I have a VW Thing that had to temporarily be outside but had a top. We bought a California Car cover and it was shredded after a winter. Probably not what you want to hear but you should look for a storage space.
I disagree. The place I lived in NYC wouldn’t allow me to store my Spyder indoors so I kept it under a Noah cover for two winters and it worked great. And the 968 was under a cheaper water resistant/breathable one for one season and it did fine.
If I was looking for a new outdoor 4 season cover I’d look into these. If you’re going to store outdoors, you’re going to want to get something over the passenger compartment, to keep the water from pooling there. With my Spyder, the tonneau did pretty well, but I’d clean it off after every storm.
One of my cars is stored outside under an 'ultimate outdoor car cover' I got from Classicadditions.com in the UK. It's excellent quality - breathable, thick, incredibly soft, stretchy and very easy to fit. The buckle points are sewn into their own pockets so nothing about the cover can scratch the car. I've had the cover on for 4 months through baking sun, howling wind, torrential rain and have absolutely no complaints. The covers come in a range of sizes and their website has a great sizing tool. You may be better emailing them for a size recommendation as yours is a wide body. All that said, not having a top may be an issue as you'll possibly get water pooling over the cockpit area.
The cover on the Thing that shredded was a Noah and I had to buy a second one. The amount of water that was on the car after a rain was enough that I wouldn't want on the electric bits inside the cockpit.
Just my experience with it. This is exactly why I bought my lift so I could get the Spyder and Thing in the garage.
I've had several NOAH covers on a couple of cars and they've been great, but harsh conditions will eventually destroy them. I had one freeze to a car and tear when I had to remove it to go to work. Still, they're as good as it gets, but I don't think they make that fabric any longer. Not sure what has replaced it.
There are emergency outdoor cover and "I want to store my car outside" outdoor covers. Which one are you asking about, @jtubbs@american-co.com?
Emergency cover--not store outside, thanks
Buy a Noah cover and a cheap tarp just big enough to cover the passenger compartment from the front of the windshield to the back of the deck lid. Get some clothesline to tie it off.
I ordered this cover for an emergency outdoor car cover. It worked great, the car remained dry. What I liked about it is the soft interior lining and the straps that go under your car to secure the cover in high winds.
Full disclosure.....I only used it in two rain storms. now it covers my car inside the garage.

The covers I have now are just generic covers for keep dust off my cars in storage. When I bought the Noah, I wanted a tight fit and I believe I ordered it from California Car Covers. They had Speedsters and coupes in their database. I called and they were familiar with Spyders, they just didn’t list them. In fact, they had separate patterns for with and without headrest nacelles. I think they same would apply to your wide body. A simple phone call will answer your question.
btw, since that first Noah, I’ve got all my covers from carcovers.com. They might have a custom option as well. I’ve never tried to order a fitted cover from them.
