I'm posting my own reply. It is possible that nobody wants to pay for used tires, but since they have so much rubber on them and being an immigrant who has learned to be frugal I thought I'd try and sell them. You smart folks out there have waited to respond until I'm desperate to get rid of them( I'm being asked to clean up the yard) So now they are FREE, all you have to do is come and get them.
