Looks like a Studebaker Hawk hover-craft.
Seriously, though, those shows are fascinating, just to see what someone's imagination can conjure up and the ideas coming out of the Pasadena Design Center are amazing.
There's a Hemmings Motor News sponsored Concours in Vermont this weekend where I'm hoping that they'll have a lot of cars from the era of that Delahay. Admission is peanuts, and WX looks like it'll cooperate so should be a great time for the really interesting classics.
