Paso Robles gathering in KitCar Magazine

Run out and get a copy of the October issue of KitCar Mag. It has a nice writeup about our gathering at Paso with many pictures of the cars. There is even a picture of Angela in an article about the show at Knott's. Nice coverate for this group for a change.

Do you have a copy of October already? Geeshe... I am still waiting on August and call KitCar and they told me that they won't even consider sending out a replacement copy until Aug 14th. They told me that if someone else has received a copy, that the postman are sitting on it. They told me that they send all copies out at the same time and that the post offices are "suppose" to hold them and only send them out after a certain time. They would not tell me the time was... so I am still waiting on Aug.

Now I'm really going nuts! Not only do we not have our August KitCar yet, the newstands here in Medford won't get it until TOMORROW!!

Fuhgetabout October. We don't even have AUGUST!

Oops! My mistake. This issue is the SEPTEMBER issue. I misread the small print which says "display until October, 2007". I got mine on the newsstand. What happened to the days when a subscriber got his publication BEFORE the man in the street at the news counter? Sad!

Anyway, good coverage of Paso and good picture of Angela.

I keep reading about all the Speedster fun you are having out there in "sunny land". Just load up the car, put your smiling wife in the right seat and drive on out here to Colorado. I can give you a tour you won't believe.

BTW, Sharon and I just returned from a cross country starting out in Florida. Stopped at a friend's in Nashville and we both have the same opinion of country music ... It creates an ITCH on the roof of your mouth that should only be scratched with THE BARREL OF A GUN !
