I’ve still not fitted seats on my rolling chassis - still don’t have a body (due soon) so I don’t have the ideal seating position but I have to say, using the pedals is going to be a pain - the clutch is a monster pedal to push down, the brake pedal is ‘ok’ but maybe a tad too high and the throttle pedal doesn’t stay on the little retainer thing.

Is it just me and I just have to learn to get used to the pedals or are there alternatives out there (apart from the normal, Beetle pedals)?

You'll probably find that the pedal situation is even more constrained once you put the body on. I've got size 12 feet and opted for the Big Boy clutch pedal assembly to get a little more room from the brake pedal.

Steve, I did the same as Michael and added the Big Boy clutch pedal extension. It worked great and allowed more room for my foot. My feet are not jumbo size, but the added space was welcoming.
