Scott & Marlene weren't able to join us today. So instead of sitting at the Long Beach Lagoon for a car show, Markos, Blake & Jenn and Musbjim decided to go for a drive up the coast. Clear skies, 79 degrees and a cool on-shore breeze...it couldn't have been nicer.

Niiiice! My little cruise didn't take me anywhere as picturesque as that.

Oh, I forgot: I hate you guys.

How's your dad doing Will? I was in Oceanside all day today getting my mother inlaw out of a nursing home and into her cousins house off the 76 and Camino De Real. I am going to remodel the apt above my garages for her. I wish your dad could come out here to live. Scripps has a good progam for treatment.

Mark, your are actually building a real "mother-in-law suite"? If you don't mind maybe PM me the address and some time when you're there I can check out the site, I might be doing the same thing and I'm looking for ideas. No prob if it doesn't make sense, I am always driving by that area on my way to jobs in O.C or L.A. anyways.

Greg, I have an existing studio apt above mt 2 car garage with a sun deck over my single garage(Speedies) I am going to enlarge the shower and put in a seat, enlarge the toilet door, put in a stackable washer/dryer and install a chair lift along the side of the stairway. She was in Lesure World but will now need full time care.

Poor old Jim and his friends - just another boring day in paradise.

Hey guys, sorry things didn't work out for the whole group, but it looks like a few of you made the most of it with a beautiful socal day. Our weekend went well with Ryan (my 8 year old) playing four soccer games including the championship game which they won! Made it worth staying home for him....
