W/original flat cooling? Rebuilt or amazingly low mileage? OEM Fuel Injection or aftermarket carbs? Real 2.0 (3 stud head is giveaway) or a 1.7/1.8 with just bigger pistons?

Suspect not much market over in HI. So would guess $1200-1600.

Bill - it takes alot of $ and work to put in a Speedster though. Raby upright cooling is $1k, carbs $600-1200, new flywheel $200, exhaust $1k.
Wolfy is right, over here is South Africa. Over there is Mainland Europe.lol.

Labour over here is peanuts.....hence the prices that I pay (or don't pay) for custom built stuff......what we do however pay for is parts as we have to ship everything from the US.

But where can you get a custom built 2.0 porsche flat four 4 cam replica engine with standalone EFI and custom everything else for about $3500.00.
38 and 40 valves on a 96 bore type four sounds about right. I've got 40 and 44 valves on a 104 bore type four. My heads came from a 1700 cc bus engine yet (valves origlnally 34.5 and 39 I believe)!

But ceramic pistons coating and EFI - now I'm droolin'!

As Jake always sayz, "Ya gotta BREATH"!
Gary, looking at the 4 cam fan housing built by Ibrahim Kuzu on another site and it looks like a very expensive setup! You mentioned $3500 for a complete typelV with this style shroud, is it a fiberglass knock off? It can't be as detailed as Kuzu's 20 plus piece of art, no matter how low the cost of labour is. Do you have any photos of this setup? I have only seen the exhaust in your photos.
