Porsche 356 B speedster T6 1962 | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

Hi,

this is my first post and really looking for info and see that there are a lot of guys that have the knowledge on this forum.

My questions is, I am in the process of buying a 356 soft top B T6, in really good condition, never welded etc, it has been respray back in the 60s due to the sun I.e painted white from blue to reflect the sun/heat. But perfect condition, this is a south africian car.

So does any one have any info on these south africian cars! I understand the T6 is quite rare, us this right. Does any one know of any other examples for saleT the moment to compare this against? Or a very rough price based on the above.

Any info or links would be great, it's been a long wait to get to this stage to finally jus about to owe the car of my dreams.

You need to go to 356registry.org. They are the experts on the real 356 cars.

why not contact Wernher on the SA Aircooled vw site. Or Porsche SA. They must have info. Also Carrera Motors in Sandton.
