Purchased from Rusty Tubs, LLC. I bought this from the company directly and own them outright, as the company is moving to a larger production facility, and no longer need this back-up set of molds. This is an extra set of molds that came out of California from another 'vendor'. They were in use for stateside production offering just body repair panels and whole bodies. You've seen them all over the net for sale.

It is a complete set and was still in use as of 5 days ago. Rotisserie is included.
This is a complete set of molds to build the normal speedster kit car bodies. Turn key and ready to go. I can offer transport to almost anywhere in the country or overseas.
Call me at work 770-649-8123 or toll free at 1-877-356 TUBS and leave your name and number, so I can call you back to discuss.

$14,950.00 is the asking price, unlike some of the overpriced crap you see on the big auction site.

Do the math...sell a couple of bodies, break even, and the rest is simple profit. Sub it out to a boat company reducing your liabilities, and still make it happen with simple phone calls.

To answer a few simple questions that might be of concern.
There is no license to manufacture this kit. I am not a franchise. I bought this outright from the company, Rusty Tubs, LLC. They had no patent or claim to this body. Nothing registered. You could add a dimple on the dash, and no one in the world would care.
Bill,
The mold kit is complete: The dash is unitized with the body mold. It would be most beneficial that serious buyers spend the measly couple hundred bucks, and fly in to look at it, and or send a qualified agent to look at it. I almost insist on it. That way there is no idle banter online (emails) or discrepancies in what was being represented.

The actual bill of sale will be quite more comprehensive, but this gives you the basics. I leave no stone unturned. It is fairly straight forward what you are getting, and I will answer all questions...even if you think it is silly or out of your range of expertise.

We will disclose to the buyer only, where to source the hardware and speedster replica parts needed to build actual cars.
Just a partial hi-jack here.

If anyone (or a group of anyone's) on the East Coast grabs up these molds, I'll loan you my 356 Coupe to splash a roof mold from, no problem at all.

Combine that Speedster body with a secondary glassed in Speedster height coupe roof clip. Fixed rear side windows, driver/passenger door plexi sliding side curtains, and you'd me marketing the untimate Outlaw Coupe body within the year.

Go turn key and clean up. Being an Outlaw Coupe, there are none of the expensive genuine 356 extras to deal with. Since almost everyone who wants a fiberglass coupe, wants it Outlaw Style anyway, it's Easy Peasy.

Sweet body, simple GT style door panels and no frill interior, spend the real money on the drive train and monitoring gauges and leave the badging debate to someone else.

Maybe . . .
THanks for your reply I am intertested but would need everything needed to build complete cars, you see I'm in Australia so need to look at how to go about this, I'm currently waiting for a kit to arrive from South Aftrica and it should be here soon, intent to build it, and if there is interst build em for resale, we have some difficulr laws here with this sort of car so there is lots to work through ..... as you would know there are bodys ( molds ) and there are body's I really want a first class finish... and i would fly over to the US to inspect... not a threat just confirming what your saying about it being sensible to chech eveything out....... are you able to supple everything ( contacts ) to set up manufacture of the complete car or kit ?

Regards Bill

I dont check this more than once a week so you can cc my email smithwb@gmail.com
We ship real and replica 356s to Australia. www.milleniummarine, com is the company we use. They go right to the port in Melbourne.
Competition is competition in a saturated market, and we make our $ on parts and lease fleets vs. selling kits to the public sector. We're just finding more and more requests from individuals than the overseas guys that usually buy our bodies and build them with their own name on them.
I am a believer of free enterprise, and happily promote a competitor if it makes life easier. In your area, try platinumm speedsters.
The Platinumm site doesnt seem to work any longer, but I have seen them in the past, at a price closs to $50k, I think they missed the market, way to expencive, but thanks for the lead, there is also the RC speedster made in Melbourne, but again way to expencive, at the end of the day were talking about a kit car and not a real porche ( no offence meant) , and I feel its got to be priced for that market.

I'm a bit confused about your reply, I assume as you are believe in free enterprise, you would offer your product to me as others, my intention was to buy a kit, ( currently on the water ) put it togeather and see
1/ how the costs worked out,
2/ how i go with the Authorties,
and 3, what interest it may generate,

From there decide a future direction, my kit is coming from south africa, where the supplier has gone into liquidation, threw my plans out... but your moulds and parts have caught my interest .. I'm about ot sell my bussiness and now considering flying over ot inspect what you have, maybe at the same time pick your brain as to how i may procced......

Regards Bill
Bill - If you are planning trip to Rusty Tubs then you might also want to contact folks at Street Beasts in Miami FL. About a year ago they dropped the Speedster line and now do 32 Ford hot rods and such. (They were the follow on company using Fiberfab/CMC molds). They might be a source for moulds/parts. I'd toyed of retiring to Yuccatan or Belise and building Speesters --- but afraid fishing and playing in sand would be more enjoyable.
