Ricardo is right. You just have to call Jeff (I don't know his last name) and deal with him over the phone. He sold me a LeCarra wooden wheel, adapter and horn button so I can't really say what the horn button cost but I bet $75 is about right. Mine is very good quality. Good luck!

Thanks for all the suggestions. I ended up buying a standard 2" one off Ebay for $15 and with a little grinding, got it to fit the housing ring of the Nardi button. It's not the best quality, but will do for now. Will probably buy a Momo one later and fit it the same way. At least now I know it will work.
