I "think" this is a 70 2.2 911T engine. None of the numbers are fully helpful, but there are a few hints. In 70, the 911T had engine numbers from 6105001 thru 6107999. Yours is close, but no other number I can find include yours. Doesn't mean its not there, just means I can't find it.
That would also be an engine with 40mm Zenith carbs and a 225 mm clutch. The sellers info shows both those items.
This isn't 100% because I dont have the exact engine number to confirm, but preponderance of evidence indicates that it's a 70 2.2 911T. 125 horse, 130 lbs of torque. If you are going to go to the aggravation of putting a 911 engine in your speedster, step up to something more powerful.
Also, any porsche rebuild that is not coming with copious receipts or not in a car so you can drive it, must be viewed quite suspiciously. Steve and I did about $5000 worth of bodywork for a guy in trade for a freshly rebuilt 2.4 "S" engine. Turned out to be a "T" and full of rust... What a nightmare... Wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
