Definately a Fiero. Not a big fan of Fiero suspension. But alot of people are using these car as the basis for kits and there are prodiguous upgrades available. First thing first, bag the 2.8 push rod turd-o-matic. That motor has no redeeming qualities. Drop in a sweet little Northstar V8. The cradle can be bolted in. Upgrade the brakes and suspension.

The interior is not attractive. Period. The exterior mirrors are strange but at least he does not have the fiero mirrors...

I like the exterior. Find it well balanced and with nice lines. Does not look like a Carrera GT to me, but does look like an attractive little sports car. Rather like the car. angela
It is 'KIT CARS' like this that give replicas a bad name! The orange GT thing looks okay and yes , at least it is, or was once a Porsche, but in a way that is even worse ! Who in their right mind would take a Boxter, one of the most beautiful cars in the world(all of the most beautiful cars are Porches, naturally!) and turn it into something that it clearly is not ! God forbid you should ever meet a real Carrera GT while driving around in that kit car !. It might be possible to replicate the 1950's styling and manufacturing techniques of a 356 in our homes/livingrooms/workshops but anyone who has ever had the pleasure of seeing a Carrera GT in the flesh (let alone actually driving one or owning one) who was not brought emotionally to his/her knees at the level of finish and celestail attention to detail might actually think, through a total lack of understanding or gross overestimation of his own skills that they could come close to producing a car that they could refer to as a 'Carrera GT replica' !
Looks like someone might have used a pillow for the center console on the first one, eh? Stopping only long enough to replace the cotton pillowcase with vinyl!
Yuck! And how about the instrument cluster?
The second car is pretty cool. Kind of the same thing we do, I guess; keep the lines you want and make it look "your way," or the way you'd have done it if you worked in the design department in the 50s?
I'm a fan of the second one.

Wow! Looking at those cars . . . kinda makes me wonder.

Didn't Miami Vice get cancelled?

Might be time to dust off the old "unconstructed" linen sport coat and pick up one of those rides. Throw a little Glen Frey in the tape deck and you belong to the city, Baby ! ! !

Now just gotta find a chick with big hair and shoulder pads . . . .
Tom McBurnie @ thunder ranch built the miami vice black daytona spyder. And Ferrari got real pis$ed off about it.

They sued the dog-snot out of Tom, WON and as part of the settlement made him destroy the car. Not just destroy it but do so publicly. There was a miami vice episode where the black car is blown up by a bomb.

Not special effects. Ferrari lawyer effects. They really made him blow up the car and film it, then show it publicly. angela
