I bet they're just stock belts with the stickers like you buy for the wheel caps though. Guess for $30 each you couldn't ask for much more though. Should be easy to install. Just use huge 3" washers or a steel flat piece on underside if you have the thin VW pans as a normal washer would rip/tear right thru when you needed it most.
I like the more classic aircraft/vintage look with latch fitting.

Marty....had those on the VS...the sticker looks cheap and crappy! Buy standard belts and install hubcap badges with 3m double sided tape...I did it on my VS (used VS badges)..it is cool...see my pix!

I like that they had the dark red better than the cheap looking Porsche logo. I'll check out the Deist too.

Marty, If you decide to stick with just the lap belts, go with those guys. I've bought from the time and again and they're really good folks.
Occasionally I get notices from them if they have "shelf worn" items, and usually, when they have a part on Ebay, and I bid low, they get in touch after the auction and sell me the same part at my original bid price.
Horn buttons, front horn grills, tail light assemblies, all at VERY low prices.
They also carry repro crests. If you get in touch, say that you like the dark red belts, but aren't crazy about the crests being offered and ask if there is an option or deal on a pair of better crests instead, you just might have some luck.
Honestly, it NEVER hurts to ask, and I've found that there are just TONS of offers and options available if you ask.
Worst case, you get a sweet pair of dark red belts for a great price.
