If they don't have one, I have a trim ring that allows the use of a 60mm enameled hubcap crest over your horn button.  We use them for Beck buttons, but you could put whatever brand crest you want in it...  the Porsche 356C hubcap crests happen to be 60mm also.  :-)

Do you have the logo in silver instead of gold?Is it a self adhesive stick on?

There is someone in the group that makes horn buttons.  Maybe you could find him with a search.

I bought my horn button from James and can vouch for the quality and James' responsiveness. Mine was for a Nardi wheel.
