Posting pictures

I'm blind......I'm blind...I can't see the picture. Should I stare at it for awhile?

How do you alter a picture to make it fit. I wanted to post some photos, but all of the pictures are 1mb or more and the maximum is 750KB.

Any advise?

Sure...if you have Photoshop you can open the picture and resize it and save-as a smaller picture.

You can try emailing the photo to you and saving it when you open it. Sometimes your email software would ask you if you wanted to resize it.

Your cam software might also have this resize thing as well.

WHATEVER you do make sure you don't OVERWRITE the NEW smaller image from the bigger one. When you resave it add a number or letter to the name so that it would be a new file.

If all else fails, email it to me and I'll do it for you and email it back.

I have photoshop and i have a photobuck account so the sizing and "hosting" part is all set. I was wondering where I could find the step by step proceedure for posting pics here on the sight rather than as links/addresses/etc. like I have been doing.

You mean like this? It's at the bottom of the text box. You can add 3 pics from your file.

If you mean from your file you need to upload them first in Photos (that tab at the top) them upload one through your hard drive.... After you click on the Photos tab you will go to the page where we all are and you will see another called ADD a PHOTO, click on that.
