As many of you have heard the scuttlebutt about us having a 356 Pre A Coupe in the works, well here it is.
Vintage Motorcars is offering the Pre A Coupe body and frame with all the doors, hood, and rear deck lid hinged and fitted for a $12,000.00
All the body lines and gaps are finished and its pretty much ready for Paint and Pan.

We have them available, but not part of the starter kit you see above. We can offer various stages of a kit:
Painted
Glassed and rubber
Interior
Wiring and lights
Suspension and brakes
Etc.
Turnkeys are soon to come. The Coupe Body and Frame are set up for a VW pan, but we have a full tube chassis in the plans as well. Our modified VW pans are reinforced and braced like no one is doing in the industry. There are a few folks here on SOC that have been in Speedsters with a properly modified VW pan and can attest to the superior ride, handling, and comfort over others. Not to go into to much detail of our trade secrets, but we stitch weld (not spot) all the factory seams as well as modified seams, add reinforcements to the FULL LENGTH of the pan, and add several more attachment points between the body and pan. The goal is to make the most rigid pan and body to remove as much flex as possible and let the suspension do the work. Makes for a really nice car.
