You're going to have to do better than that, sir.
Some photos, a little history on the mechanicals, what it's been through ... Those would all be helpful details. We'd certainly like to know who built your replica; was it a kit, was it a rolling chassis you finished, is it a Beck, an Intermeccanica, a CMC or maybe a Chesil?
You're attempting to sell very expensive ice cream to a bunch of thrifty snowmen, for the most part. What seems to happen here for successful sellers is one of us is impressed in some way, and then we take your ad to someone who's asked us a question about our cars to let them know one's for sale. They do usually sell, but please look at some older ads to see how that's happened.
In turn, using details from those older ads might help you effectively communicate about your car as you list it elsewhere.

Pictures are essential.

Oh, I guess I also have a question about the "Precious Memories"

When you work the big room, you gotta expect a tough crowd.
Could be a good deal for a newer IM........ with all the bells and whistles!
The idea of selling your memories to someone else sounds like a scifi movie.
I guess there are some memories I would like to buy, maybe Ron Jeremy's.

Except that it's gone through an engine so probably not very new.

If I read and interpreted the registry info right, Dr. Haze is in New Jersey and joined the site in 2006.
It would be nice to help this gent move his car along to somebody out here in the Mid-Atlantic. Anybody met this person on the road somewhere?
Altoid, maybe? Howard?

Cory, here is the problem with that...We (the SOC)have a reputation to uphold, good or bad, so without much more info, especially pic's, how are we suppose to help this guy....

Cory,
I have never met Dr. Haze, that I can recall. I believe that Howard Bobrow may have a better shot of having run into him,or by professional association. You see Dr. Haze is also an Orthodontist.

SOME ONE HAS TO BE THE VOICE OF REASON ON THIS SITE :)
"Voice of reason" is pushing it just a bit but if you come out to Carlisle you can be the honorary Valedictorian

Didn't think this day would ever come, but I agree with GERD...
Yes - the poster needed more information. But he did provide a telephone number. Last time I met all of you all, you had a enough fingers left to dial a phone. Sheesh, give a guy a break.
There's some comments posted above that if someone popped off to me at Carlisle, they would be wearing their egg sammich.

Angela is right. We are all just assuming John's car is pan-based and over priced but no one took the time to get details. BTW Gerd is still wrong, LOL!

Someone forgot to GIVE the details.
Sure, Angela comes on the thread, sticks it up for the dude, and you all fold....It's a sad day on the SOC when Angela agrees with Gerd, and he actually has something nice to say about someone...
I got your precious memories right here.....

Maybe this will help http://www.preciousmoments.com/content.cfm/product/Keeping-It-Wheel
Yeah, now I'm kinda wondering: I'm not particularly interested in this car, but has anyone bothered to call John Haze and see what it's all about?
Or has John Haze come back on to this thread with additional info...
Tough crowd!
