pressure injecting oil for startup on old engine

I'm resurrecting a 356 engine that has not been started for over 20 years. It's on my test stand and I want to make sure that the journals have at least a little oil on them. What's the best location to inject oil at about 30 psi: oil pressure sender hole, oil temp hole, or one of the two oil filter holes?

I would use the oil pressure switch hole...It feeds into the main gallery in both directions. (To the pump and to the crank, cam, rods, etc.)

The filter holes would work if you know which one feeds the crank, cam,etc.
