Some automotive hoses have spring wire wound inside to allow for a bend, so that's just a visual to: depending on the hose diameter you could slide something over it to make it more rigid.
I thought of the spring concept as well as a garden hose has it at the tap on the outside and it works. Maybe a second layer might do it. thanks
I just thought about it a bit more and the inside is 1/2inch I.D. with 5/8 O.D. so the orange store must have tubing like it I can get with 5/8 I.D. and it will stiffen the tubing to my liking by putting it on top of the first hose. ...
If you are just getting vinyl hose, the orange big-box store should have several options that won't kink. The fiber-reinforced variety is pretty kink-resistant.

Well I finally got a mesh style hose and widened the hole a bit and made it fit and tie wrapped it all the way to where I wanted. Looks good. Thanks
My people represented Viagra to physicians. It started as a cardiovascular product and then this interesting side effect was observed. It never did much in the cardio world, but it opened up a whole new market for Pfizer.
And a very lucrative one too, I'll bet.
