Pricing advice

Hi...I'm a Model A Ford guy and have no experience with speedsters, however, I've been offered the chance to buy a Californian FiberFab Speedster. It has almost no miles on it (less than 200) and is in perfect condition. It was given to the current owner and she just wants to get rid of it. She says I can have it for $10K.

Is this a good price?
