They are nice looking fiberglass cars - plus you can register as an antique. Designed to look like a Lamorghini Miura. Factory built so no kit car registration issues (some were exported to US as rollers though). This CA convertible is especially attractive too. There are about a dosen on SAMBA now. Here's a nice convertible for $14.75k w/ only 30k miles - AC and dual Dells. Like the stock wheels used - look like old ATS wheels.

The yellow one is near Toronto but it is not in TOronto dollars 
Found this site which gives excellent history - apparently ones brought in to us were imported as kit cars. They even had a removeable ad-on fiberglass hard top. Looks like just over 1k exported plus the US kits produced.
