Purple Speedster (CMC/Fiberfab?) | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

I couldn't resist buying another speedster last weekend. It's dark purple, has a brand new 1600 and new disc/calipers all the way around. Not sure exactly who made it. Body looks to be a nice CMC/Fiberfab with even fiberglass thickness. It's built on a very well constructed custom tube frame, no VW pan. The steering is not from a bug. It's registered as a special construction in CA from 2000. But the interior is obviously much older than that. Overall, it's just dirty and in need of a new interior. So I will be throwing one in it over the next few weeks.

I'll post some pics as soon as I clean it up a bit.
