Well after getting rid of all the little gremlins, we finally had a road worthy car. We hit cruise nights from last Thursday to Sunday. Beside getting very sunburned yesterday the car pulled off a first place in the import class. It beat out all the tuner cars, a 1971 Turbo Carrera 911, AC Cobra, and newer Ferrari Convertible. 30 cars in my class. We are going to take the Speedster to VW show in Sandwich ,IL next Sunday. We also have been invited to a local Hooters car show. I will have the camera for sure.
Too bad there is only 6-8 weeks of warm weather left around here.
Off for another ride tonight.

It funny that you comment about the rear being a tad bit on the high side. In most of the pictures I have posted the car is on a slanted drive or parking lot. Another note when I give the accelerator a bit more pedal the car likes to squat. The extra height is nice for front to rear weight transfer. I'll get some level pictures posted this weekend. It's a blast to drive.
