Since I'm going with an A arm front end now I have the parts I gathered to try and do a rack and pinion install on my IM for sale. I have an unused R&P bracket from CIP1...

A used R&P with tie rods but no ends (not sure on the make) and the U joints from a 911 that I was hoping to use to connect the VW steering to the rack. The rack is not like the 911 in that the steering is slightly offset...you may be able to line it up with the VW steering and get away without using the 911 U joints.

All 3 parts for $50 plus shipping if anyone wants to give this project a try. If interested e-mail me at Brian_PuskasATgov.nt.ca and I'll get some pictures out to you.
