I found this listed deep in the Porsche 356 area of Ebay. The roll up window Cabriolets aren't easy to find. It is listed with a buy it now price with make offer option meaning the seller will take less than $10,500.00 Doesn't look all that bad.

IMHO the first flag is the 0 feedbacks followed by no Vin number, States it's real with no actual description. BUT....here's where it gets interesting ...Last year a widowed woman contacted me from Nebraska regarding her late husband's drivable but not complete speedster and it looks sorta as she described it . I guess someone would need to do their homework on the listing.
There's a reason it is partially finished, as it has some issues like that carburetor. It will difficult for the hatch door to fit . I am sure their are other issues.

Yeah, stating that an obvious home-built fiberglass replica is real is a good way to get folks here riled up. Either the seller is clueless or just flat lying.

Cut the arches off, and make it a standard slab-side Speedster. Put some Dells(those single carb center setups SUCK unless it's a turbo) on it and call it a day.
He uses the word original in the description, but says replica a little further on.
