I haven't seen this car - but WOW what a fun little rocket!!!

So Cory - why don't you just take a few days of vacation in June, fly out here and we'll take you to Parts Obsolete Campout. You can fly here to Medford and we'll drive you up or fly to Portland and we'll pick you up at the airport. Then you can see outlaws-in-the-wild!

I dunno. Sumthin' tells me that what we are lookin' at did not start out as a '54 Speedster. That body looks a bit too much like a replica to me. It's got a B or C hood handle/spear/whatever, as well as twin grills on the engine cover, and the dash just looks too much like a CMC or something similar. Engine/transmission/etc. could be really nice, but I'm just not sure he's being entirely straightforward.
Emory builds their outlaws out of steel. I am 99% sure this red car is steel from the pictures. They blend various years together and hand-fab the rest - out of steel. The pics enclosed here are my favorite outlaw, the one with the 911 four cylinder. This car actually started as a coupe. The rear sheetmetal is a 356 FRONT. The brake ducts etc., are all hand-fabbed steel.

In the hands of a good fabricator, there is almost no limit to what can be done with metal. But step up $$$.
