what's with the wide-whites on a speedster. save'em for a '57 caddy or something.
I would normally agree with the wide whites, but after seeing one in person...they looked good!

In fairness to John (or any other manufacturer in this hobby), I might suggest you individually gather feedback from JPS owners by e-mailing them.
Alternatively, you could hit the search function; keyword JPS. There have been many discussions here on not only JPS cars, but also many of the other manufacturers' products.

I think John has a great gift and he understands the ins and outs of replicas and originals. I just thought someone who has a JPS would share their thoughts on the car in general.

I sincerely mean that. Mine does not compare to an IM, a JPS, an SAS, an SE ... they are all different.
There are differences between early and later-model cars, too, even if the company which made them is the same.
