Thanks Luke. I believe you are right about them being (Alex) Bivens (West Coast Haus) wheels. If not, they are a very close CNC clone and at about the right base price. I've been very pleased with mine.

Brooks Walton has a set of Satin finished Bivens on his IM Speedster that look just right to me. George Brown was the first SOC member to have some cut.... I just followed his build list on most of my Speedster.

One advantage is the unsprung weight improvement.... they are about 6 to 7 lbs. less per corner than equal sized steel wheels. Here is an interesting comparison of different 356 wheels. (Scroll to the bottom for driver comments) http://www.356registry.org/Tech/wheels.html Fuchs are even lighter!

The price listed on Samba is a good one for Bivens.
