My right rear axle seal is leaking. This is the forth failure in 4 years. Anyone have an idea what may be going on. Mechanic is thinking of doing a wet install. He thinks it is possible the axle sleeve may be out of round which seems very unlikely. Your thoughts ?

I'm not dead yet. I am feeling much better!

My Spyder came with a damaged sleeve / spacer....   The damage consisted of two very minor hammer dings....  One on the edge (no problem) and one on the seal contact area....

As the wheel rotated, oil was allowed to exit the axel housing making things messy....

The paper seal is a secondary containment feature....  If the seal is functioning correctly, no oil is allowed to escape....  The bearing housing has a hole in it that should face downward when installed....  This normally directs any (minor) leakage away from the brakes.... If you have the spacer out, closely inspect it's contact surface, as this seems to be the most common cause....
