I have attempted to attach a video with sound produced from my iPhone of the noise coming from the drivers side - rear - of my car. The noise is constant and sounds like a constant SwooCH,,SwooCH,,SwooCH.....The noise is the same in forward and reverse. i have taken off the tires and off the brake pads on the rear and they are like new. So I am asking for your advice and instructions on how to repair (if it is not to hard to repair myself)

I forgot to mention that I have a IRS rear end with disc brakes.
Sounds like a dry bearing or constant velocity joint..... I would put it up on blocks, snatch the tire off and give it a running test while listening to each joint using a piece of heater hose.... Once found, replace the unit as it has been damaged....
I saw the title and immediately thought Gas X might help. But then realized you were talking about your car.
In addition to Leon’s analysis procedure use a socket and breaker bar on the axle nut and rotate the hub and try and recreate the sound without the motor. Naturally both wheels should be off the ground.
The 2 (per side) CV joints are a maintenance item. I've actually slipped a grease gun metal hose without the nipple fitting (past the boot and axel) and pumped grease into the boot and the big bearings and their races. Proper servicing is to take them apart which is a messy job. If the boots are cracked and water/grit got into the joints - then just replace the entire axle as they are not expensive.
Good write up -

Much Thanks
I shall try examining my CV joints
I was thinking it was the inner or outer wheel bearings but I do not know much about repairing cars as I am learning. Mostly from this group forum, which I would like to thank you all.
Unlike swing axels IRS has wheel bearings. I would check that first. If the CV joints are bad that would be obvious from bad boots and dry/leaking joints.
