Can anyone tell me whether the adjustable rear spring plates are really worth the money? I'm about to drop the rear ride height a little and wondered if to install the ARS-plates while doing so.Friends tell me they make the job that bit easier for trueing up and fine adjustments. So can anyone with these ARS-plates put me right.

How does Henry do that? Is it the same as VW, meaning that you pull the spring plate off or torsion bar out and rotate it for desired height or is it by some other method?

Been thinking of lowering my car (stock VW IRS) and was just about to figure out how much axle height movement to expect from moving an inner or outer spline "tooth" and what combinations of inner and outer would do for me. Sounds like it would be just as much work to initially set up a set of adjustable spring plates...although fine tuning later would be easier (and I was worried about "rattle" movement from the adjusters, too).
