Rear Seat Belts

A couple years ago I went on a Southern California Speedster event in Orange County. A gentleman had a light green Speedster, I think was built by Vintage. It was beautiful, and among many other nice features, had rear seat belts. I remember speaking to him about them and he said that his kids could sit in the back.

I'm thinking about putting belts in the back so I can bring my daughters with me on short errands, or when my other car is in the shop.

Does anyone know how to install rear seat belts? Where would I attach them?
