It's for sale from an RV dealership. They took it on trade. My guess is that they don't know much about the car/motor.
Seems like a fair price for mostly complete widebody.

I live not far and may look at it tomorrow. Any way to tell who built it? Any way to tell size of the engine? Any other Marylanders who might be out there in Speedster cyber space who would want to look at it with me?(Paid or unpaid?)

So, I went to see this car today. They say they are planning to rebuild the engine, but I don't know what that means. Car looks tired. One cracked passenger mirror. Carpets worn. Door pulls not working from ouside. Previous owner won't talk or share info. Mystery you folks might solve.

"Car looks tired." and "Previous owner won't talk or share info." would make me walk away. If the owner won't talk, he's probably aware of issues he'd rather you didn't know about.
Is that carb broken off the manifold? or just unscrewed and lying there? How do you get a photo at that angle? Are you standing IN the car? or was your phone upside down. 
That car makes me sad.

Looks like a VS luggage rack to me - grille is NOT CMC/FF hibachi nor is the placement of the heater slides.
