After 15 years and a lot of use, my Acrylic side windows were getting scratched enough that it was becoming noticeable to this picky driver, so I dug out my headlight restoration kit like this:

The kit comes with three levels of wet sandpaper (500, 800 and 3,000 grit, none of which I've ever used), a sanding/polishing head for a drill and a velcro-attached round sponge head that you use with the polishing compound that's in the kit. That compound only lasted for four headlights or so a long time ago, and I replaced that stuff with this, which looks like a lifetime supply for me, since I used two dime-sized dollops per each side of the "glass":

I placed the window flat on a towel on the bench, cued up the cordless drill on slow speed range and had at 'em with just the polishing compound (they were lightly scratched, not yellowing or hazing). After 5 minutes per side, the results were great - They literally look like new and ready for another 15 years. I should have done this years ago!
So if your side windows are getting a little scratched up and annoying when light hits them, try polishing them back to like-new with this kit!
I did this in the middle of plugging four more air leaks for better winter driving.
Four more down, 217 more to go!
