replace main brake line

Does anyone sell a main, (from MS to reat T ) brake line to fit on the shortened chassis ?. The new stock one is to long, and I don't want to snake a bunch of extra line somewhere. Do you guys cut out and reconnect the line, or is there a better way.

You can get your brake line at any Auto Parts store. Even today they are standard issue. Just get the length you need and make sure it is the metric (8mm) with flared ends. Cheap and easy.

I noticed the ends, or flair of the auto parts store brake lines have a different shape. My current brake lines bend inward at the flair, and these others flair out. The inside of the "T" on the rear line is shaped to accept the shape of the old flair.........does this affect the brake performance or leakage?

Chuck , Its a double flare. You will need a doudle flaring tool to make them . That is what you'll need for your line replacement if you are making custom length lines. Check out Ebay, or harbor freight for the kit. They cost around $30. Also check the local auto parts stores...... some may rent you the kit.
