The lever arms that came on my VS looked like something I would have welded in junior high shop class. Very functional, but lacking in a bit of refinement...
So I cleaned up the shape a little, laser cut a few sets, and had them chromed. I only need one, so I have two extra sets to offer.

Very Nice. I love the chrome on the top bows. Did this on the Speedster I built many years ago. Really looks nice!
That funky little "cone washer" between the bows and the carpet needs to be improved too. The whole assembly is cheesey for that matter. The bolt that comes in from out in the fender well should be threaded into a more substantial and threaded "cone washer", tightened and THEN install the bows and lever with the acorn nut.
I always admired the improvement Mike McK did on his CMC with the heim joints. I'd like to try to make those levers out of aluminum angle. Could then just polish them vs costly chrome plating. Plus gram weight reduction.
@aircooled Bruce, those cone washers are VW valve stem washers. The ones that the valve stem keepers slip down into. I don't think they're hardened - if they are, then not much, so they could be threaded easily.
