replacing ft turn lens
Former Member
Have a 2002 Vintage. I am replacing the front turn lights ( trailer type) with the repo 550 type. The fiberglass on the passenger side is not flat so the housing does not fit good ( has a slight gap ) anyone else got this gap ?

No, mine are flat.Might be time to dab a little clear silicone, and then leave it alone. That's the only solution I can think of that doesn't require a repaint.
I think the gap is pretty much in all of them...form the body mold...placement of the lenses might minimize it though. I also have seen the gap in the back ones.
