replacing standard side mirror w/aero's

I have a question. When I replace the simple single side mirror on my 58 Speedster with the matching set of Aero mirrors, what can I do to cover the hole left by removing the original mirror? The original is on the door, and the Aero's appear to be placed on the fenders.
I don't want to spend the 2 grand to repaint the whole vehicle. Any suggestions ?
