Question......I sent my check with a self addressed envelope
as requested, very shortly after the application was available.....
Still Haven't heard from them or received my self addressed
envelope back yet....Anybody get any literature or tickets or
anything from these people.......
There must be a reason for the self addressed envelope....
I put a damn stamp on it, I expect it to be returned with something
in it........
Vince, I think AHA may be just getting to the job..... I have been wondering about my entry too and also the fact the check had not been cashed. Well, yesterday I saw that they had at least cashed my check.... so hopefully I'll get something back this next week. If not, I'm calling to see what's up.

Jim
I haven't recieved anything back either, as Jim says I think they are just getting started processing the paper work. I'll send him an E Mail inquiring about the return envelope. Have to admit I didn't enclose one, shame on me. I should have an answer pretty quick as he has been prompt in my questions to him before. No reason to worry as they have been doing this for years and I think everyone has been a happy camper. I'll post some as soon as he gets back to me,

Bruce
I just heard back from Ron Biggerstaff of AHA on the return envelopes. He had to wait from Knotts for the parking lot configuration and he has put the registration material in the mail Monday and Tuesday of this week. He mentioned only 11 people have registered so far from our group. We promise good weather so don't hold back from sending them "coin of the realm."

Getting closer!

Bruce
Vince,

I should get my verification today. I think we'll have plenty of room
for our group and he did mention that he is placing all us Speedster/Spyder guys together!

We have a nice schedule of events for the show, all Speedster/Spyder related. Not too early to make plans for this memorable weekend. You wouldn't want to miss the first ever Speedster/Spyder Rendezvous would you? This will be the first annual event and will undoubtably go down into our memories as THE event that started a great tradition.

The Replica Rendezvous Hats, T's, stickers, and unique trophies are in hand or on order. These will become collector items for sure, to be worn or displayed with pride. I am getting the trophies in a couple of weeks and will post pictures when they arrive.

Think Spring and Knotts, Bruce and John
A reminder, to access the registration forms for the show and "Mrs. Knotts Chicken Dinner Buffet" on Saturday night, click on the Replica
Rendezvous logo on the home page and download the forms. Be sure you mention the Speedster/Spyder owners group. The Chicken Dinner buffet
should turn out to be a lot of fun, got a feeling there may be some unplanned fun happen. You have to have dinner somewhere on Saturday night so why not with a bunch of other enthusiasts. I believe there will only be 125 tickets sold, so get yours now! Those with their better half attending will recieve thanks from them for having someone else to the dinner thing!
Just got my reservation notice in snail mail, I'm at I-2 and I-3. One spot will be for the Speedster/Spyder owners awning and our meet HQ and one for my car. I'll check it out when we get into the field on Saturday morning and see which one we'll use for the awning. Does someone in the SoCal area that is coming to the show have some sandbags? The meet guys highly recommended sandbagging the awning supports in case of wind. Wouldn't want the thing to blow onto one of our cars, especially mine, LOL.
