Retro look air conditioning control panel

The A/C and heater knobs on my IM Roadster could use some improvement in looks, and I'm thinking of replacing them with a panel offered by Hotrodair.
I don't know if the panel (under the dash) that holds the radio and the A/C outlets is wide enough to accept the Retro look A/C panel (my car in the shop this weekend)
