Kirk at Vintage Speedsters in Hawaiian Gardens has a retro looking mount that installs under the dash. And for the most original looking radio look at Retrosound products.

There are however a great deal of products available now that would allow you to stream music from your phone to an amplifier so a radio need not be installed in the car. See this thread I started a month ago, it has a link to such a product.

Looks great.  What do they do for the antenna?

There are a few options. A powered antenna which lays up under the dash, laying a regular mast antenna up under the dash, or running a wire from the antenna hook-up on the radio to the windshield support row under the dash.
