Reverse Lock out

Any suggestion on a good shifter that has reverse lock-out? I would like to keep the orginal bend in the shifter and keep my round Porsche Shift Knob.

Do a search on the CSP shifter. Several of us have gotten them in the last year or two, and we're all very pleased. They have several styles with either a T-handle, or a round knob. The picture below shows mine. The black boot comes with it. It's of very high quality - like the shifter itself - but it doesn't match the rest of my interior, so I got one from Carey that did match.
