What are your thoughts about right hand drive cars in the US? I've owned a couple minis that were right hand drive and loved it. I'm debating whether my next speedster project should be right hand drive. I'm specifically wondering about how it will affect resale.

I would think that it would limit your market a bit. Some folks just don't like shifting left handed and I would thank that right turns in traffic as well as some lane changes could be a bit scary.
IMHO - the Speedster is already a 'look-at-me' car, no need to add to the novelty with RHD. I agree with Lane, it might hinder re-sale. 
It seems like right hand drive might be appropriate for a replica of an English car but not a German car.
What those guys said; don't do it. You're trying to be different (just to be different) and Speedsters get enough attention as it is. If I was in the market for a car I wouldn't look at one that was right hand drive.
I'd put the seat in the middle like the Ferrari shown here awhile back - can seat a honey to either side (ok shifting might be precarious)!

Theron, I have a right hand drive car, but it's a Jaguar. Driving it is no problem. However, making a Porsche right hand drive would severely limit your resale market. Unless you live in the UK, or Japan, I wouldn't even consider it.
