They came with the kit. Check the manual section here. They are small pieces that screw or rivet to the top underside of the headlight bucket of the car, and the headlight assembly slides over them and is retained by the lower screw. There was a thread on this before that explains it pretty well. Try searching.

Mine were actually preinstalled along with doors by CMC. I want to use an OEM rubber gasket behind the chrome trim ring so I will have to drill out the rivets and move them forward 1/16" inch or so to give room for the gasket. I used a SS allen hex head for the lower mounting bolt.
