I have the CMC wide body so I wanted the basic look with a simple silver rim and the Porsche nipple cap. Found this guy in SC who makes them. Also saw the guy in CA who also makes them but the email exchange and shipping was concerning. They came today and look very well made. Centers look thicker than a normal rim. A pair for $380 I think?

And he does wide 5s in 16", with any offset. 
Mine came in raw steel. He must have a wheel maker/former. I'll take some photos before painting.
You really should consider powdercoating. Think I paid $300 to do all 4 wheels. Will look better and wear better than paint.
